How It Works

The 90 Day Bootcamp Challenge structure is simple: you follow a step by step workout video, make the recommended changes to your diet and receive an email every day with more information to help you on your journey.

The 90 Day Bootcamp Challenge consists of:

  • Training programs updated every 3 weeks
  • Diet plan and meal ideas
  • Daily emails
  • Access to the member's only support forum


Once you have paid through the secure PayPal page you will receive your first email including your training program, all the nutrition notes you will need, goal setting guide and progress log.

You will also receive your invitation to the member's forum, where you can view the workout videos and set up your personal profile (this is really easy to do and takes just a couple of minutes!)

Your 90 Days don't start for a couple of days after joining the Challenge, as you need a little preparation time to ensure you are ready to give it 100%. We show you how to stock your cupboards, set your goals and perform your initial fitness tests. You can also run through the first workout so you can get stuck straight in on Day 1.

Training programs

The 90 Day Bootcamp Challenge has been designed to fit into your busy life, which is why all of the workouts last just 30 minutes. You go through the Bootcamp circuit style workout 3 times a week, and follow a separate cardio program twice a week, with 2 rest days.

The series of 4 programs change every 3 or 4 weeks and require no equipment other than your body weight and occasionally a chair. Body weight training has been proven to be one of the most effective methods of rapidly tranforming your body as it places demands on the core that other methods simply don't come close to. It also means that you can perform the workouts any time, any place so you never have to miss a training session!

Each program is supported with a set of workout notes that explain various options for each exercise to make them easier or more challenging. This enables you to tailor the workout to fit your personal fitness levels: every on the Challenge is starts from a different point but what you can guarantee is that you will improve as you work your way through the programs.

Diet plan

nutrition is the most important aspect of transforming your body but so many conventional wisdoms simply don't work

Although the Bootcamp Challenge only lasts for 90 days, the ultimate aim of the program is to educate you to make healthier food choices so you can continue with your life and never go back to your current situation.

Once you understand how your foor choices affect your weight, stress leves, sleep patterns and mood you will be better able to make decisions based on your goals.

There is no weighing food, counting calories or giving up entire food groups with the 90 Day Bootcamp Challenge diet. Instead we rely on a series of principles that have been proven to be effective at not just helping with weight loss, but also promoting healthy living.

By centering the nutrition program on principles rather than providing comprehensive meal plans, you can then apply the diet to any situation you may find yourself in (e.g. at parties, eating out etc.) Having said that, we do give you some meal ideas in the early days to start you off with a few ideas and there are plenty more ideas on the member's forum.

Daily emails

daily emails give you support, advice and guideance to keep you on track throughout the Challenge

When we were first developing the 90 Day Bootcamp Challenge, there was a little debate about whether we would be sending out an email every single day, or if we would mail out support just once a week. Well we opted for once a day and this turned out to be one of most important aspects of the Challenge.

Waking up in the morning and checking your emails to receive support, guidance and advice EVERY SINGLE DAY leads to the feeling that you are not alone on your journey.

In just 90 days you will become more educated on how your body works, your health, your diet, how to exercise and a host of other topics than many personal trainers that we know. The daily drip feed of information and repetition of the key Bootcamp principles allow you to absorb the information and apply it to your Challenge.

We also use the daily emails to tell you about particular features on the member's forum that you should check out to help motivate or inspire you.

The forum is an important part of the support structure of the Challenge

Making major changes to your life is never going to be easy, and having the right support around you is essential to your success. We will be by your side every step of the way through the dsily emails, but by far the most effective support system is the member's forum, where all the Bootcampers share tips, stories and advice, and lend each other support and help when required.

Legs aching after the first time through the circuit? Jump on the forum and you'll be relieved to see that you're not alone.
